Quick Points
Good Morning, Blog Family. I am writing to wish everybody a safe and happy Election Tuesday. Why am I so happy to vote? Because this is a right that my family history has paved the way for me and you. So I hope that all my blog family exercise that right to vote. Know You do know that your company by law gives you 2hrs to vote. Even though, I live 20 mins away (ya'll have go to try this....it's GREAT!!!! sorry...) I'll probably wait to I get home and vote....I get out at 4pm...I'll get to my voting booth around 4:20pm. Not bad....
Is it me or those damn commercials with the Russian dude on the skyline miles is actually pretty funny or sad....depending on how you look at it!! Vedi Vedi Vedi Important...i'll find the picture for ya'll.
We had fun at the Hawks game....it was sold out...In the future, I will buy lil'sarccastik a seat....having a 2yr old running and jumping and hungry....it was fun and tiring. Trying to find some food to eat....WHY THE HELL DIDN'T YOU PUT A SIGN OUT THAT YOUR CARD MACHINE DON'T WORK!!!! dammn it man...I wanted some of that seafood....anyway...Establishments need to put a sign up, so it leaves no room for error.
Also what did ya'll do this weekend?...Any Voting Poll stories...like fights at the polls or anything...It's Monday ya'll gotta keep it funny. Have a good day...I'll put the pics up.

i will be voting. i usually get up and vote before i go to work (the poll place is literally 100 yards away from my apartment). then i go to work and tell them i gotta leave early to go vote. LOL

the hawks game was sold out? REALLY?!? shooo, don't tell me they're starting to pull in the crowds! i want to be able to get a nosebleeder ticket and be able to walk down to courtside like in the good ole bad days!

If you are talking about those Kyzkestan ( i know i screwed that up) commercials, it is sad & funny. Sad they gotta run a publicity campaign for their country to counter that Borat movie, but its still funny. If doubt I'll be visiting the country anyway, and I know the guy is just being an ass anyway.
There are SO many people that dont vote and then constantly complain and want to voice their political views. It's great to read that fellow bloggers do actually vote. Those that don't "GET A F'ing CLUE!" Smile

Spent the weekend being 16 celebrating homecoming for the Mighty Booker T. Washington High School. It was a beautiful thang!
Now the fact I"m 40 has kicked back in and I'm about to collapse as I type, lol
I voted last week. The lines were shorter and I'm headed out of town tomorrow anyway. I'm going to vote early from now on and save myself the long wait.
I will definitely be voting. They have these new machines and I hope that they don't cause any confusion or problems.

yeah I plan on voting tomorrow..and I plan on doing it during work..since I can vote at the campus which is 5 min from work..but I'm gonna take much longer than 5 min of course and get some lunch, maybe some shopping while I'm at it. (I wish I would have done the early voting thing though...nonetheless I'm gonna get it done regardless..)
the weekend was spent with the fam...we all did the movie thing together, mom, dad, brother, sisters, niece, nephew, brother in law, sister's boyfriend...it was nice...(but I'm starting to think we do it way to much...they always wonder why I'm single..probably cause I'm always hanging out with them...but I'm not complaining I enjoy the company of family..)
Imma vote today...leaving early for a doctor's appointment and then going to vote after that...the politics here in MD is off the hook, so I will be doing some last minute research to ensure that I vote for the right candidate...I don't just vote for black folks or just dems...I need to know who has my communities best interest at heart...its always the worse of two evils, but I will be voting...
I had a GREAT weekend as well, being that my Skins beat the Cowboys...yea yea yea...I know it wasn't the BEST game for either team, it was horrible but hey we won...can't wait to see the pics
I don't have any funny stories but here is something crazy....
I went to vote this morning and since today is "pool hall tuesdays"...I was carrying my cuestick...in it's case... them bastards made me open it up so they could see it. They (them bastards) actually thought that I had a gun or some she-ite...like I was some sorta crazy broad who was gonna come in shoot everyone at the polls.
I got my sticker!!! (which i promptly put on my stub)
So, yes, I did vote. I don't have any voting drama. Actually, I went before work and it was (frightenely) bare. . .Hopefully it will pick up. Huge initiatives are on the line here. . .
